Avocado & Hummus Loaded Toast

This is one of my favorite snacks! Its rich, filling, and so delicious. Its one of those snacks that I could have every day and never get tired of it!

Boar’s Head Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

  • sliced tomatoes
  • hemp seeds
  • ground flaxseed
  • crushed red pepper
  • chopped green onion
  • sesame seeds
  • nutritional yeast
  • tahini
  • sunflower seeds

Toast a few slices of bread, spread hummus or avocado,  and add desired toppings. Thats it!
