Overnight Oats: The perfect grab-n-go breakfast

You can never go wrong with overnight oats! If you’re looking for a quick and easy breakfast option, you’ve come to the right place!  Its quick, easy, and SUPER filling, which is great for those long stressful workdays.




1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 cup rolled oats


Peanut butter drizzle

Carob chips

Sliced banana


  1.  Combine almond milk, chia seeds, PB, and maple syrup in a mason jar or bowl. Stir with spoon.
  2. Add the rolled oats and stir to combine.  Make sure that all the oats are emerged in the mixture.
  3. Cover and leave in fridge for at least 7 hours. (best to eat within 12-24 hours!)
  4. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
