You can never go wrong with overnight oats! If you’re looking for a quick and easy breakfast option, you’ve come to the right place! Its quick, easy, and SUPER filling, which is great for those long stressful workdays.
Ingredients
Oats
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup rolled oats
Toppings
Peanut butter drizzle
Carob chips
Sliced banana
Instructions
- Combine almond milk, chia seeds, PB, and maple syrup in a mason jar or bowl. Stir with spoon.
- Add the rolled oats and stir to combine. Make sure that all the oats are emerged in the mixture.
- Cover and leave in fridge for at least 7 hours. (best to eat within 12-24 hours!)
- Add desired toppings and enjoy!
