Add some color to your diet: Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Yes, it tastes as good as it looks! I love pitaya (aka dragonfruit) because its the perfect texture and it isn’t too sweet.

Its hard for me to find fresh dragonfruit locally so I normally buy the pitaya plus smoothie packs in the frozen aisle at grocery store.

 

Ingredients

1 frozen pitaya smoothie packet

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cups vanilla almond milk

Top it off with your choice of fresh fruit, shredded coconut & cacao nibs!

 

Instructions

  1. Add pitaya smoothie packet, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, and almond milk to blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add toppings and enjoy!
