Are you thinking about going vegan but don’t know where to start? I’VE BEEN THERE. We get so accustomed to doing things a certain way and it can be hard making big changes in our lives. But I’m here to help! I’m going to share with you all a healthy, whole, plant-based grocery list that will guide you through your shopping trip. I alway say: stay on the outside perimeter of the store– this is where you’ll find all of the healthy whole food. Stay away from that processed stuff, you don’t need that in your life! 😉
Now obviously my kitchen isn’t stocked with all of these items on a regular basis (I wish). This is my guide when thinking about new meals to make! The possibilities are ENDLESS! I’m sure there are way more items that other plant-based foodies have on their grocery lists. I’m always working on widening the variety of my diet so I would love to hear what you guys have on your lists!
