This cashew alfredo is rich and delicious! This recipe goes great with my favorite dinner rolls!
Cashew Alfredo
Ingredients
Alfredo Sauce
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup cooked spinach
Pasta
- 16 oz whole wheat linguine
Instructions

Boil water in large pot. Add pasta.

Using high speed blender, blend all ingredients except for the spinach.

Once smooth, stir in cooked spinach.

Pour sauce over cooked pasta.
Recipe Notes
If you don't have a high speed blender soak cashews in bowl of water overnight.
