I decided to do my first vegan food post on a SUPER easy nice cream recipe. Not only is this recipe my absolute favorite, its also been a hit with my friends and family! If you like chocolate and ice cream then you’re gonna wanna try this. Trust me.
10 minute chocolate nice cream
- 3 frozen overripe bananas
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp almond or peanut butter
A few days before you plan to make this delicious nice cream, peel a few overripe bananas and stick them in the freezer (I do this anytime I notice my bananas are getting a little brown).
When you’re ready, just throw all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until its a smooth and creamy consistency! Sometimes I add a tiny splash of vanilla almond milk to help it blend. Add your toppings and VOILÀ you have the perfect summer treat! My favorite toppings are shredded coconut, pecans, and fresh fruit but your options are endless! I hope you guys enjoy!
