Creamy Coconut Acai Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie Base
- 2 frozen acai packs
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup coconut water
Toppings
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions

Combine smoothie base ingredients and blend. Add more water to blend if necessary.

You can find açaí super fruit packs at most health food stores in the frozen fruit section. My favorite brand is Sambazon. They come in individual packs which makes it super quick and easy to make!
