Hi friends! This smoothie bowl is SO easy to make and you only need 3 INGREDIENTS for the base!! Make this if you’re in the mood for a quick, light, and easy breakfast!
Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk or any other plant milk you have on hand
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (1 oz)
- 1/4 cup strawberries sliced
- 1/8 cup sliced almonds
- 1/8 cup goji berries
Throw all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend.
Pour in bowl and serve with toppings.
