Hi friends! This smoothie bowl is SO easy to make and you only need 3 INGREDIENTS for the base!! Make this if you’re in the mood for a quick, light, and easy breakfast!

Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie Base
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk or any other plant milk you have on hand
Toppings
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (1 oz)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/8 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/8 cup goji berries
Instructions
  1. Throw all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend. 

  2. Pour in bowl and serve with toppings.
