Ingredients
Smoothie Base
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 3-4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any other plant milk of your choice
Toppings
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp cacao nibs
Instructions
  1. Using a high speed blender or food processor blend banana, dates, turmeric, cinnamon, and milk-- open and stir a few times to help with blending. Add more milk if needed.

  2. Pour in bowl and add toppings.
