This ones for all my chocolate lovers out there! This cashew chocolate dip is super creamy & delicious. Its perfect for when you’re having those sugar cravings!
Cashew Chocolate Fruit Dip
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews (soaked- if not using high-speed blender)
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk (any non-dairy milk works)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions

Using a high-speed blender or food processor, combine dairy-free milk and cashews blend on high until smooth. You may need to stir a few times in between.

Microwave chocolate chips for 1 minute. Stir and add to blender. Blend once more until smooth.

Lastly, top with pecans and enjoy with fresh fruit!
